Same issue still happening days later. I've put a ticket in to fully refund my EA Access charges since its a useless service to me now

The smae issue here on windows platform.  Did not spend 50 dollars to play only campaign move your * EA and fix it our refund me my money.

It has gone 8 days. Have you not found a solotuion yet? I mean some of us bought Ea/origin Access just for BF1, and now were wasting our money waiting for it! :D 

Anyways I hope you guys find a solution shortly as I really want to play your game! Looks like fun !
