EA access trial of Battlefield 1 crashes while loading multiplayer

The trial version of the game works fine when playing campaign but while loading the multiplayer, the game crashes and returns to the Xbox one dashboard. The trial worked fine before the patch update, now i need a solution to this problem.

Just to let you all know, we are aware of and investigating this issue with EA/Origin Access Trial Multiplayer.

We will post any available updates on this issue here on this thread when available.

same  issue

I have 2 computers, different hardware, one with win 8.1 and the other windows 10, tried reinstalling game, updating drivers, no MSI afterburner etc, same issue on both computers, CTD on loading game screen.

Some acknowledgement that your even aware of the issue would be nice EA.

Same issue here.

I have 2 hours of the trial left and went on for a game last night, My friend received an update which i did not, Game worked fine online until yesterday.

The game simply black screens and returns to the homepage when trying to go into an online match, Campaign works fine though, Deleting and redownloading the game did not fix the issue.

Any help would be much appreciated as i was going to finish the trial and buy the full game.

I'm wondering if Dice should have done more extensive tests on the patch before releasing it.

there's also another thread with this issues so hopefully pressure is starting to build to fix it.

Doesn't help at all but same here.......took me 3 whole days to download as I live in slow internet zone! Such * really is....

Yep, exact same problem. i bought 4 EA access accounts so my son can play BF1 with his friends at his birthday LAN party this weekend. Please fix ASAP EA.

This has been happening all day but it seems more and more it wont be an instant fix. All we can do is wait until this issue is resolved
