i solved the problem. But in hard way. I think the problem is lies in apple Game Center. I reset my iPad again and use another Apple ID to setup it. Then I install Rivals and connect the game to my old profile. Then I change my Apple ID to my previous ID.
the presses is bit painful but effective.
I hope EA Games solve this problem for other users.

Yes. Now I can play the game on my iPad. Bus the prosses is bit painful. As i metion before i rest my device, use another apple id, and install the game again. After the tutorial i connect the game to my Email, then i setup my previous Id on my device again. I think the problem lies on apple Game Center integration. Anyway I’m very greatful for your help and answers.
