Having the same issue. When trying to go into the franchise I get an error. Sometimes I’m able to get in then I get kicked out when I try doing anything. I have reset my modem/router. I have done power cycle. Nothing works.

We advanced during server issues and now we are in the next week but none of our games show up to be played. No one can challenge their opponenent.
