I sent you a private message. I know latency issues in games can be extremely frustrating to not only deal with, but also troubleshoot too when nothing seems to be working. I'd be more than happy to look into that for you and also find out what happened during that conversation you had with our EA staff.

@Reniz90I have 1Gbps download, about 50Mbps upload, hardwired, etc.. I've tried custom DNS settings, and other more esoteric "solutions", but it's just a garbage and toxic problem that EA isn't able to fix.
