Hi all, since about January I've been creating cases with EA to figure out why I don't have the gold charms that they have every other month or so for owning EA Play. I have never gotten a response from EA Support, I would get an email a few days later saying "Do you still need help from EA?", where I would then find a 'waiting on player' status and nothing else, no responses at all. I would assume that meant they added the charms but there was no change. I continue to reopen the case to get a person to respond but it's always the same thing.
I would also like to note that I didn't get the Highland Ravager charm in December 2021, when creating a case about it someone did message me that there were issues at the time and stated that it will be resolved within a week, and it was on my account a few days later. So I'm surprised that this isn't the case anymore. Of course they are just charms, but I am already paying for a subscription so I expect it to be on my account if it's included. Does anyone else have a similar issue or can advise how to get into proper contact with the EA support team?

i understand your frustration. i too have not gotten a single one since July of 2022. i was able to get the one for this month after reaching out to @EAHelp but they said since the other rewards were older than 30 days i had to place this "bug" here. so hopefully they help us both out soon cause otherwise this seems like some false advertising if you ask me.
