EA FC Won't Download!

Hello, I pre-ordered the Ultimate edition of EA FC 24 and tried to pre install, it didn't work. Early access came out this morning, tried installing it, also didn't work. Tried everything for it to download but nothing is working. Checked my order history it says "Processing" even though the money for the game has already been taken out of my account. Attempted to contact EA but no response at all. Would refund and buy again but then lose the benefits of the pre order packs.

Any help from anyone on how to fix, would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just was getting frustrated about the same thing. Then I went on library just now and went onto “games” it was not there. Then I went onto “purchased” and it was there and I could download it from there.

How do you get onto the purchased tabs? Is it steam or on the EA app?
