EA FC PC Crash after setting selection

I am a PC user and have been Having an issue with EA FC 24 and the EA app crashing after selecting personal settings. I was told that this issue was being looked at by the team. Is there any way that I can get some updates as to when this issue can be fixed, It is supposed to be fixed in the next patch is there any updates on the next patch. I have had this issue Since October 26th and really want this fixed. Feel free to comment if any information.
