Disabling MSI Afterburner helped. Thx.
EA emplyees are so incompetent.

Someone said that a solution could be to turn off / disable the NVIDIA Overlay. How to do that?

I can confirm the same has happened to me as of today's update... None of the usual workarounds will get it to start, and it seems the anticheat.exe just hangs but the fifa app itself will not launch...
Usually there is a loading graphic for anticheat (image of a bear) that pops up before the game starts, but I noticed this doesn't appear now.

By some miracle, the game is working now! What I did was:
- Uninstalled EA App, used Origin instead and gave it admin rights.
- Inside the FIFA 23 Folder, I gave admin rights to EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe. The EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe inside the __Installer folder has NO admin rights.
- FIFA 23.exe has NO admin rights.
- Made sure the EA anti-cheat engine was already installed.
- Made sure no nVidia Geforce experience overlay was running.
Hope this helps.
