Dxgl device hung is out of control [ Edited ]

1. Every 1/2 of a match I play I crash this is affecting ranked play and game FPS has dropped by 60
2. specs
3. gtx 1660 ti Msi 6gb
4. i7 8700 water cooled
5. 16 gg of ram ddr4
6. 550 psu
7. Everything is low but texture streaming 4gb  and texture filtering 8x

man i am playing RANKED BATTLES and the game crash every time DXGL device hung error

i get a warning for ABANDONING THE GAME .................... WTF RESPWAN

they want to ban me for Dxgl device hung , which is caused by there GAME

When I get master league I feel like I’m not going to get my rewards

I’m fine with loosing points because I can make it up easily but the part when you get banned is something I’m not a fan of even if it’s temp
