Drop in "failed to find an opponent"

I bought the game 3 days ago and I can't play drop in 3's with my friends. They get in games just fine, but if i party with them, we get "failed to find an opponent" error. If they queue without me, it works fine. If I queue by myself then I get the same error.

I bought the game mostly to play that game type with friends so if I can't play it then I'm requesting a refund.
