Dressing Room Errors are ruining this game for me

my team drops a player during matchmaking 3 out 4 times(maybe more) in WoC.. it's ridiculous. A waste of time. It takes 15-20 minutes to actualy get into a match with the whole team intact. it drops at least one teammate with no error messages at all. could play more than 2 periods in the time it takes to keep searching for a match which includes the full team. Game loads up but always drops one player. We're at the point where we give up most nights. Definitely not getting good value for the money I paid. It's pretty much the only game mode i'm interested in playing and it doesn't work.
