Draft against a friend, madden 19 xbox

Everytime i draft against a friend i get a error message sending me back to home screen. Ive contacted EA through chat with a technician, wasent much help. Ive followed multiple troublshoot instructions, including deleting and downloading game again, deleting corrupted files, and restarting xbox and wifi. Please help

I’m on XBOX one, live in NE North Carolina. I’ve received technical assistance from EA and was told it’s a known problem. Give it time and wait for an answer on these boards or twitter feed. I took a picture of the error I receive. It’s only whe I try to draft a team to play a friend online. The other MUT features work fine.
