Dosent give me the gun even through I’m the right lvl

Hey any of you having the same problem where your the right class level for a gun or over that class level for that gun and can’t get it I’m medic  lvl 9 and theres a gun that needs medic class 6 I’m pass that level (I’m on ps4) EA needs to fix this it has been happening since the pass of 5 weeks I haven’t been playing becuase I can’t unlock nearly anything EA please help since it is a bug...
