Before going into the lobby it asks me to enter a code that has been sent to my Email but when I go to it there's no code

Hi @LaughingxTAFFY,
If you haven't already can you double-check and see if those verification emails might have been sent to your spam or junk mail folders? Sometimes our automated emails get caught in spam filters.
If you aren't seeing any of the emails at all I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. You can find more details on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.
