Distorted audio

Every time I play a game I have this stupid audio bug and It won’t stop. If I play a game and this happens it goes though the whole day and I can’t play with it. I can’t hear anything nor can I focus when it’s so uncomfortable. I reset this game and reinstalled already and it’s never gets fix. This is a annoying and I can’t play the game anymore.
