Disconnects After a Few Seconds of Joining Server

On BFV since just before the newest update on xbox one I get disconnected from every server within moments of joining. Everyone freezes up then I disconnect. I never had this problem before. I’ve looked through most troubleshooting guides and nothing has worked.
