Disconnected from origin servers while in lobby for Apex Legends

hi there my game freezes up when the DC happens and its happened since the second day i've been playing this game didn't experience any issues on my first day but now as of posting this i Disconnected 6 times within 15 minutes of this post. i have flushed my DNS, run both origin and Apex Legends as Admin and even lowered the settings in game any help would be appreciated

İ dont know if its the same issue but i have stable internet connection but while playing apex legends game freezes and there is a little clock icon on top right of the screen then game continues but this issue happen every 5-10 minutes i check my connection and didnt even disconnected for 1ms.
