Disconnected after winning a rivals match

I won a rivals match , and then the game stopped and a message saying that i have disconnected appeared. When i got back in i found out that i lost points rather than gaining them, so please check my last match and answer me

I'm sorry, but that's not something we have the ability to do. The best i can do is go through some troubleshooting.

Thanks for contacting us about this. How often are you disconnecting from matches? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

I don't disconnect much and i'm on wired connection

That's good it's infrequent. If you like, we can still go through some troubleshooting. For now, I'd recommend you power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. That should be done pretty regularly.

I'm not contacting you to complain about my connection, i just want you to check the match and give me my rival points if i'm correct

Hey, same thing happening to me won two rivals and after game got a message as disconnected, and losing points 

Scored 5-1 last game to win and lost points what a funny game…

please EA do something its not about connection issue, if its connection issue why it waits till completion of game😀 simple logic..

Did you receive a DNF in some friendly matches? If so, you're probably experiencing the issue detailed here.

I am getting this dnf today only, everything is fine till yesterday..

i am getting this in rivals, havent tried friendlies..
