my opponent left the game while i was winning. this happened twice but i didn’t get the win. it said the match results were under review but nothing has been done. i could have been 5-4 but now i’m 3-6

i didn’t even load into a game but got disconnected. it gave me a loss. there goes my chance at gold 3

We would need to go through some troubleshooting to try to find out why you're disconnecting. Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

I'm having similar issues. its happened three times in 10 games. the oppositions paused the game just before it happened and when I've went on the origin app there's been no connectivity issuers

You have a pretty bad connection to your router. Along with packet loss. Are you sure you're on a wired connection? It looks wireless.

yeah I use an ethernet cable
