They sent me a link of Microsoft Support, which guides you how to connect to the internet while I posting the topic from the PC on which the game is installed.
I will try contacting them again.

Same here been almost a year went to check my account somehow im a level 134 prestiege 1 which i was barely presige 1 level 9 at the time and bloodhound has 1k+ kills im not that good ea messed up but i cant even join into the lobby/queue it just gives me detected data mismatch error. Hopefully they shoot me a email on the fix for my account would be sad my husband spent a lot of time and effort and money on the game with me.

Thank you for the posts, this looks like a server-side issue that's being worked on. Testing myself this morning I didn't encounter this, hopefully it's connecting fine for folks in general now.
@AlishaHil From your description, it sounds like your account may have been used by someone else in the meantime, there isn't a way we'd add progress. You may want to consider updating your password/connected email.
