So.. I wrote with the Support twice, they wont help of course guys, I cant tell you our Accounts are gone forever. I have no words for this company they dont give a * about us it feels like.. I spent so much money had 3 heirlooms everything. It is so sad really

This just started for me today.....any solutions?

It's been a few years since I last played Apex and I have since upgraded / replaced my pc in it's entirety (including Windows install / boot drive). Felt like maybe hopping back on, but got greeted with this. Seems like more people are having issues in le hot topic, yet they all claim to have come back after about a year.
