Disconnect as soon as I touch the ground

Whenever I go into a game my game is fine, but when i touch the ground my ping goes up in thousands then I disconnect but I can go in the firing range just fine. I've tried reinstalling and resetting my router, but I don't know what else to do. This is my first time playing Apex Pc too if that helps.
