Disconnect after 1 minute into the match

Which mode has this happened in? FIFA Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? FUT Champions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 08/09/2019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:40 PM
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have all my account info , you guys can go into my account and see for yourselves
What happens when the bug occurs? I go into a match and before the first minute into a match or 2 minutes into the match the match disconnects , I don’t receive a loss but takes players stamina and contracts
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play a full game

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @nexfu1. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
