Disappearing Sim Actor 2 characters

I have some careers where the Sim who was helping out has disappeared and now there’s only a little box that comes up that says sIm actor two like a placeholder.   Why can’t another Sim take his or her place. This is happened in the medical and disco careers.

I also have SimActor2, but mine is in the Science Center at Waterfront. There are a handful of posts on this problem, as well as ones on (likely) associated problems. When SimActor2 appeared in my game it was on that same day that, after visiting Izzy, an Izzy male mannequin wearing an item I had declined from Izzy, showed up in my Science Center. Emily, the Llama Zoom Sweatshop, I mean Truck driver, also showed up in front of the Science Center, frozen like a mannequin.
The most disruptive thing that happened was that all NPC and other player’s sims stopped spawning at Waterfront.

I would check out the Known Bugs post in the Bug Reports Channel for the missing actor, and if you have any of the issues (not everyone has them) check for those posts too. I added the links for a couple below.

I had two frozen Izzys and strangely enough was down to one in the last few days. Very odd. Thanks for the links.
