I registed an account on 11/5 ,beacuse I got the Apex Legends on steam and want to play it. After that , I didn't use it again until I bought the Battlefield 1 ™ on 11/29. It needs me download the origin,I did it but then I found that my account is disabled. I opened my email, found that my account has been permanently closed .The reson is I violated the terms.
I want to conect you on https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts, but it is EMPTY!!!
And https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/ is also EMPTY!
I don't konw why my account is disabled , but I did nothing .
Know I can't play it with my friends, so I need a way to sovle it.
Please help me ,I'll apprecate you...

Are you saying those pages are showing up as blank? If so, try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Well , I did it which was you said. @EA_AljoBut the page also blank .I can visit the https://help.ea.com/en-us/help, but the page of https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ is also blank. I can't find a way to contact you.
I learnt from the https://help.ea.com/en-us/help that if my account is banned,I need Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
But when I entered it , I can't find nothing on it , don't have any product on the page.

Do you use Script or add blocker add-ons?
Did you tried to clear your browser cache?
