Disabled EA Account

Hi! 

I have a problem with linking my steam account to EA because it says that my steam account is already connected to another EA account of witch I have no Idéa what the email address is nore the pasword and it says that the EA account of witch it is connected to is disabled. I have tried useing the EA support page but im being sent in a loop. What I need is to unlink the EA account that is connected to steam an connect the account I am acctually using.

I have the same issue, created a couple of cases because in neither of them the chat window goes up.
It only says "Your approximate wait time is 5 mins" or, when the case is created, the only info displayed is a window called "chat contact" and it stays there forever.

@normanefe  Did you try using a different web browser? I remember having the same issue when trying to do live chat before, so I used Microsoft edge instead and that seemed to work for me.
