My account was banned in 22nd June, I contacted ToS many times but they keep saying I cheated so I am banned.
I got myself another account and got 7-day ban on the second account..... after the suspension I played like two weeks and I got a permanent ban.
then I got myself a third account and yesterday it was banned for 7-days...... I wasn't even playing, I was outside the house , when I came back I completed SBC 89+ on the app and packed TOTS Kante , I took a screenshot to share my with friends.... I opened my PC and cant login....... just 9 minutes between opening the pack and the ban email.
Iam continuously being banned and don't know what is the reason...... I keep making assumptions why Iam banned but after Iam banned again I found out the assumption I made was wrong and Iam never told why Iam banned, is it a secret so I keep buying the game everytime and do the mistake everytime? Is it something on my PC, virus ? I really don't know what is going on
The thing is always I got a 7-day suspension except for my first account.... on my first account I never got a suspension.... they directly banned me forever.
Please if this is a mistake get my account back and I need to know the reason why Iam banned so I wont fall in the same mistake again. I mean you can't punish people without them knowing what they did.
