Difficult to tell difference between Mk4 stun guns and Mk 5 stun guns

While trying to upgrade gear on one of my characters I went to the shipments store to purchase some Mk5 stun guns. Instead Mk4 stun guns were presented and purchased. These are very difficult to tell the difference between. Even to sell them at the price of 1400 crystals is very misleading. These are an item you can obtain in challenges and to be honest I have over 2000 of the salvage pieces. I tried to resolve this issue by live chatting and the answer i got was that "There is nothing we can do from our end. Please post this in the forums." Really? This feels like bait and switch followed by a good ol' game of ring around.
