Didnt get pre order bonus from code

I got the nfs unbound pre order bonus code in the email and I put it into the ps5 redeem code page and it said redeemed but I didn't get any sort of bonus when I went into multiplayer...

@purchasecomplete cars are on the dealership in multiplayer, but you have to purchase them (with game money), those are not ready or open from the start
