Didn't recive +30 Day Subscription

I recently successfully used the Share the Love Code. It was said that 30 Days would be added to my account and also it was said that my Subscription would end on 19th May of 2018. Still it already ended.

Are you in a position to call CS easily ? (Link to Number)

If you mention your swtor username in case not tied to this EA account I can ask CS to have a quick look when they are online.

Just to be sure the requirements for the additional 30 days are 

• Have not been a subscriber within a 90 day window before 13th Feb 18
• If they qualify based on that, they must become a subscriber and redeem the code SWTORSHARETHELOVE by 27th Feb

Oh I'm sorry. I didn't knew that I should not be a subscriber before 13th Febuary.

Still I have the Question why my Payment History showed me that my Subscription would end on 19th May. Was that a Bug?

Account issues cannot be discussed on a open forum, i can ask CS when they are online, if you need to call them.

In any case If you believe you have payed for a subscription and it is not active , call CS (see this link for numbers) they will be able to assist.

@AeroZeros as @proxos666 said, you would need to call our CS for this. There is not much I can do here.
