Didn’t receive the crystals I topped off for

I paid for a crystal vault yesterday and I was charged for its fee while I never received the crystals in game. Please help me to get my crystals and I’ll provide any proof that is needed.

Make sure to have your proof of purchase ready if the game adviser asks for it.
