Didn't receive my cartel coins

On the 1st of May I tried to purchase 2400 cartel coins, after 10 seconds it gave me a message that said something about not being able to complete the transaction. Yet the money was taken. This was not my first time buying them.

What would be the best way to get this issue resolved?

The best way to resolve it, if the money wasn't returned yet, is to contact CS directly via phone (or Skype). They can take a look for you
