Didn’t receive my apex legend coins

I purchased 1,000 apex coins today and it shows up on my bank account that it charged me $9.99 from MICROSOFT*XB but my Apex coins are not showing up. They aren't in my account and I have restarted the game and my xbox twice. What can I do to get my apex coins that I paid for??
