Didn’t receive Fallen Bastila pack rewards ($9.99)

The game said my purchase went through but then it gave me a purchase timeout and I received nothing in game. My case number is 45082645. What should I do or who should I contact about fixing this? On iOS btw

Hey, I checked your account and it looks like the purchase went through. You currently have a 4* Bastila Shan (Fallen).

You purchased the pack (which grants 30 Bastila Shan (Fallen) shards) at 11/30/2018, 11:33:00pm GMT and then promoted Bastila Shan (Fallen) to 4* at 11/30/2018, 11:33:41pm GMT.
