Didn't receive Email after sending a ticket for bug

I've sent multiple tickets to EA Help before, and I always received an automatic reply Email as soon as I send the ticket. (Link to my case, Thank you for contacting us, etc) But that doesn't happen anymore. I wrote the correct email address when I filed the ticket, but I didn't get any automatic replay, not to mention the reply from an individual working at EA customer support

@SWGOH_Anakin_S I took a look at your account and can see that you have received a reply from one of our advisers  on every case that you have created.
