Didn't get "free stuff" for the code:net error :(
What do I do if i contacted EA support 2 times for the error but didn't get the "free items" in apex legends EA promised?

Hey @mipansususuds the code:net error can happen for different reasons, centered around connection issues. If you are getting this message we would want to go through some connection troubleshooting to see if we can get past this message.
Try going through our Basic connection steps, and our steps based on your platform?
