Didn't get 1000 apex coins and 1200 crafting metal after completing battle pass

After completing the premium Apex battle pass season 4, I did not get the 1000 apex coins and 1200 crafting metal. I have updated the game on my ps4 to season 5, yet I still haven't gotten my apex coins and crafting metal after completing the premium battle pass for season 4.
