Didn’t Receive Purchased Apex Coins

I just bought the 1k AC pack and the coins never registered on my account. I’ve tried contacting the live support already waiting 30+ minutes to “get my case sorted” or whatever with no luck.

If you don't receive an item or money on your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.
