Did not recieve bloodhound edition items

Hi there!

So I already have apex legends digitally downloaded. I ended up buying the physical copy of the bloodhound edition for the ps4, for the exclusive skins. It has been over a day and I still have not received the skin or apex coins. Im not sure what to do

and do the following:
Select the game or service "Apex Legends" > What Platform "PS4" > Select topic "Orders" > Select Issue "Order not received" > Select contact option.
