I Purchased the plumbers delight package for 5.99 and never received the content I was on a chat with and ea agent and was told to come here and wait untill they fix the problem.

I don't understand why they have asked you to post on the forums. This is not an issue that we can help you fix here. You should contact an EA advisor again.
