Did not receive players from auction.

I won an 86 ovr replays deangelo hall for 14,500 and an 87 ovr TOTW Desmond Trufant for 14,750 from the auction house and did not receive them. I got the auction win notice for both of them and they showed in my auction tab as won. When I tried to get help from EA they just said they couldn’t find them so I am out 29,250 coins and they could care less. One chat got disconnected and the other cut me off. I showed them pictures of the auction win screens for each player but they still said they couldn’t do anything. 29,250 is a lot of coins to just lose like that.

No, you said there were no transactions so there was nothing you could do and I am left without the players or the coins. I do not consider that appriately resolved.
