Did not receive contents of Apex Pack

Hi, I'm level 96 and I received an apex pack for reaching battle pass level 24. I was opening the pack but the game started in the process. I was unable to see the contents of the pack and nothing new was seen once I got back to the lobby. The crafting materials were the same as before also.
