Did not receive ROTE rewards!

I switch Guilds after the Last ROTE event, but never received the rewards. I left the alliance close to 30 min after the event ended (1:30 PM EST, when the event ends at 1:00 PM EST), but never received those rewards. I tried to have the in game support help, but all they did was go in circles asking for my ally code, what was the issue, when did i notice it...

Ok, I'm sorry to hear that. I can't check this for you on my side but the support team will be able to look into it for you and let you know what can be done from there. The best way to contact us is by creating an in-game ticket. This sends us through details about the account and means our support team can help them out faster.

 

Here's how to send in a case from in-game:

  1. On the home screen, tap the  ⚙️ Cog wheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site
  3. From the page that loads, in the top left, click on the EA Help logo to bring you to the EA Help homepage
  4. Type 'SWGOH' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
  5. Select See all help topics.
  6. Select the Manage my account category.
  7. Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
  8. The available contact options should appear under the heading 'Still need help'.

It'd be good to have your Player ID handy also in case the support team ask for it.
