Did not get bought crate

I just bought the recruits gear crate 3 in swgoh and I’ve been billed but did not get the rewards.

Finally, I got someone who said "Please kindly note that I can see that item on your account, recruits gear crate 3, processed on 11/05/2020, 7:46:13pm GMT+0200."

I didn't get it... have replied AGAIN!

@dswainds Nope. I tried to revert the purchase from apple but they rejected it. I think this happens when you buy from that separate splash screen and not from the store.

Day 7 of emails.... I have liked this to them, currently on furlough so happy to email several times a day for a month or so. the customer service is disgraceful
