Did Not Recieve Apex coins [ Edited ]

So day before yesterday,i uninstalled apex legends from origin and I also uninstalled origin because apex came out on steam so I downloaded there.Now the reason why I said this was,I won an apex coins giveaway today,and the guy sent me a code to redeem on origin.I redeemed the code on origin.com and it said successfully redeemed but when I enter the game I do not see any coins.Is there any way around this problem?Would love to know

@EA_Atic Just to let you know,I reinstalled the origin version and I received my coins on that version.Then launched the steam version and I found my coins there as well.So my issue is fixed

Hey @SS_Mabezan when you reinstalled the origin version did you have to uninstall steam version first then install origin version again?

I have paid for apex coins 2 times now both £32 and i am not recieving them, i cannot get a refund from microsoft because this has already happened to me twice and they wont let me refund anymore, can someone help me fix this
