Device Link Issue

I'm trying to link a game from an Android device to an iPad.

For some reason though, on the iPad, there's no option in the game to Connect / Link Device.

It forced me through a tutorial and there's no chat options either.

 

This is on an adult device and the gamecenter id is adult as well.

 

No matter what I do, uninstall, etc. It forces me to login to this Mol Eliza account and never gives me a chance to choose differently.

Hi @LLTSWrathe I would recommend reaching out to an advisor (How to contact support) to look at your accounts further to see what may have happened with them.

It was not, no. Brand new Apple ID, installed the game, it popped up and asked me to login to Gamecenter. I signed in, the game came up, started me on a tutorial as Mol Eliza and I have no Connect or Link Device option under settings, and no chat interface either.

When I start the game, it says the correct Gamecenter ID Nickname Signed in in the top Banner, loads the normal starting point of UI (attached).

I also attached the Options screen (cropped out my Player ID).

@LLTSWrathe Do you remember if you saw a screen asking you to set your age before playing? If so what age did you select?

No, the only thing I saw was a brief popup that said Login to Gamecenter, but then the Gamecenter ID Signon screen opened up for my credentials.

Filled those in, and it put me straight into the Tutorial as Mol Eliza.

 

I even tried making a spare Google account and Apple ID account fresh and I'm getting the same issue.
