Deluxe Edition Problems

Hi everyone,

 

I have deluxe edition problems.

 

buy Gw2 Deluxe Edition on Psn but this game is %100 Standart edition.

 

I did not find any deluxe edition includes (no 200.000 coins , no stickers etc.)

 

How can I solve this problem ? 

 

Please help me and thanks in advance.

If you contact one of our game advisers they should be able to help you out with this.

 

To contact an adviser please follow the steps below: 

1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' 
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

I'm not sure how the Playstation market works but on Xbox you some folks have had to look up the deluxe edition and re-download the deluxe edition extras from there.

You have checked your mailbox ingame in the backyard? I found my stuff on the XBO in the mailbox. Doesn't matter what side, you have a mailbox in the zombies part and in the plants part.
