Good afternoon everyone. I am having some major issues with EA right now. I am trying my hardest to delete the account that is associated with my PSN. However, I am unable to access this account due to the fact that the email attached to the account has been deleted. I am unable to receive a verification code through this email because it DOES NOT EXIST anymore. This account was created 10+ years ago. When I contact EA support, they tell me they are unable to verify my account and that I need access to this email. Again, the email attached to this account does NOT exist. I am very, very frustrated and just want my PSN to be removed from my old account. Can anyone help? Or am I going to be unable to play any EA games requiring an account?
