Deleted character

I have no idea how the community is supposed to help with this, but in the interest of maybe playing this game again I'll give it a try.  I tried to delete a character named Korosar, the confirmation box asked if I wanted to delete Korosar, when I clicked confirm it deleted my character Moxia.  This happens to be my main character.  How do I get this character back?  I have to say, the lack of help tickets makes me not want to ever play an EA game again.

With a subscription you can write tickets in game and support can restore deleted characters. Without a sub the option is not available. You could still fire them an e-mail to support@swtor.com.
